CRM (customer relocation management) is a branch of Customer Relation Marketing, a British company founded in London in 1989. The holding company's core business is FMCG Marketing Consultancy. The idea to branch out the into Relocation Consultancy, was the result of countless international; students, families and business people, finding it difficult to source satisfactory properties to rent. As a result, in January 2012 Customer Relocation Management was launched.
The branch business consists in providing pre relocation advice, accommodation search and evaluation to those who wish to relocate to London; temporarily or indefinitely.
Furthermore the company not only finds and inspects the accommodation but organises Virtual SKYPE tours of pre selected properties, negotiates the lease with the landlord or his agent.
We help our clients to understand their obligations, by fully explaining the contract’s clauses. As part of our service we also research the best possible location for our clients to settle, assessing which of the available properties best meet their requirements.

As well as supervising relocation services, he is a senior Marketing Consultant and an analyst of CRM data. In an impressive career he has focused on marketing and sales activities for Europe, the US and Australia. Previously he has worked in a number of different sectors including the chemical industry, manufacturing, software services, leading sales programmes both in UK and at an international level. Mr D’Andrea brings extensive experience in what relocating for work purposes entails.
At present Taka spends a lot of her time at London Heathrow Airport assisting arriving and departing passengers.
